Baldwin EMC's Operation Round Up Presents Grant to The Shoulder

Baldwin EMC's Operation Round Up Charitable Foundation recently presented a grant to The Shoulder to assist with food needs for the center. The grant was awarded using funds Baldwin EMC members contribute by rounding up their electric bills to the next dollar.
